Refund and Returns Policy

1. Custom Printed Products

Most of our products are made to order and custom printed, including ID cards and accessories. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• There is an error caused by us in the printing (e.g. incorrect name, photo, or layout not matching approved proof).

If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@secureidprint.co.uk or 01708 560 551 (whatsapp business) with photos and a description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

2. Paxton Net2 Fobs and Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items such as Paxton Net2 fobs may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

• The original security seal is not broken.
• The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return for Paxton Net2 fobs, please contact us at info@secureidprint.co.uk or 01708 560 551 (whatsapp business) before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after the return is received and inspected.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you’re returning an item that is not faulty, you will be responsible for the return postage.

4. Cancellations

Orders for custom printed items can only be cancelled prior to production. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
