4. Returns & Refunds

As our products are custom-printed and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective or an error has been made on our part. This policy complies with consumer law regarding bespoke and personalized goods.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing details and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
