At SecureID Print Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized products that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of some of our products, we have specific guidelines in place regarding returns and refunds.

Personalized Products

As most of our products are custom-made or personalized (such as ID cards, personalized gifts, and other bespoke items), we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. This is in accordance with UK Consumer Protection regulations, which exempt personalized or bespoke items from the right to cancel once the order has been processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist in resolving the issue. Refunds or replacements for faulty items are at our discretion and will be processed in accordance with UK Consumer Protection laws. Please note that you may be asked to provide evidence (such as photographs) of the damage or fault before we proceed with any action.

Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized products, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return for a non-personalized product, please use our Contact Us form to notify us of your intent to return the item.

Refunds

Refunds are at our discretion and will only be issued if we are responsible for the error or fault. If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Shipping Costs

If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For non-personalized items returned due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges for personalized products. If you wish to exchange a non-personalized item, please follow the steps outlined in our returns process.
