At SecureID Print Ltd, we aim to provide efficient and reliable delivery of our products. To ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, we use trusted delivery services from Royal Mail, including their Track24 and Track48 services.
Delivery Services
- Royal Mail Track24: This service offers fast and reliable delivery with full tracking capabilities. Orders shipped using this service are typically delivered the next working day (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Track48: This service offers a 2-day delivery window with tracking, ensuring that your order reaches you in a timely manner, with delivery typically within two working days (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch.
Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment.
- Royal Mail Delivery Times: Royal Mail’s delivery times for Track24 and Track48 are estimates, and while they generally meet their delivery targets, we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time frames due to various external factors.
Delays and Busy Periods
Please note that while we strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, or other peak times. During these times, Royal Mail may experience higher than usual volumes of mail, which can result in longer delivery times than expected.
We recommend allowing extra time for delivery during busy periods and encourage you to track your parcel using the tracking number provided. If you experience any significant delays, please contact Royal Mail directly for updates on your parcel’s status.
Delivery Addresses
- We currently deliver within the UK only. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue. In cases where the parcel is lost or damaged, we will do our best to resolve the situation, but please note that we are limited by Royal Mail's policies and claims process.
